Framework Agreement For The Provision of Safe Patient Moving and Handling Equipment

Tender description

HTE intends to procure for a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of Safe Patient Moving and Handling Equipment. HTE intends to award up to 4 suppliers to the framework agreement. The term of the framework agreement will be 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year. Suppliers who respond to this notice to express their interest in this procurement, may be requested to attend a Supplier Day. The purpose of the Supplier Day is: 1) To assist in determining the potential value of this procurement, 2) For suppliers to demonstrate the range of products they have available to assist in the preparation of the specification. Suppliers are advised that a maximum number of 8 suppliers will be invited to the Supplier Day and selection will be based on the first 8 applicants received. Suppliers invited will have an hours window which will be made up of 30 minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of questions. Expressions must be received by 5pm, 24th May 2019.
