Tender description

Irish Water (IW) intends to undertake a competitive tendering process using the negotiated procedure, the objective of which is to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of engineering/technical design services. It is intended that a multi-supplier Framework Agreement will be awarded pursuant to this tender competition. Any purchase orders issued under the Framework Agreement may extend beyond the lifetime of the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will establish the terms governing purchase orders to be issued during the term of the Framework Agreement. It is estimated that the Framework Agreement will be established for a term of three (3) years with the options to extend.
