Tender description

The Information Advice and Support Service (IASS) provides impartial information, advice and support on the full range of education, health and social care as defined in the SEND Code of Practice to the following service users – (a) Children and young people 0-25 with (or may have) a Special Education Need and/or a Disability (SEND); (b) Their parents, carers and families. IASS provide free impartial, confidential and accurate information, advice and support about education, health and social care for children, young people and their parents, carers or family on matters relating to SEND. The value is split across the 3 year term as follows; Year Dates Annual Total: Year 1 (10 months) 01/06/19 – 31/03/20 £116,600.00 Year 2 (12 months) 01/04/20 – 31/03/21 £140,000.00 Year 3 (12 months) 01/04/21 – 31/03/22 £140,000.00 Keywords: support, young people, SEND, Advice, guidance, children
