Non-National Road Design Office, Innishmore, Ballincollig, Co. Cork is seeking submissions for the creation of a Framework Agreement with suitable contractors for Structure Repairs Works on Regional and Local Roads throughout County Cork. Contractors shortlised on the basis of this suitability assessment questionnaire may be invited to tender for a number of bridge replacement contacts in Cork County in 2019. Each contract will involve replacement works to one or more structures throughout County Cork. The works include but are not limited to: - Masonry repair and repointing using lime mortar; - Installation of tie bars and soil nails; - Application of gunite and shotcrete; - Grouting using lime based and cement based grout; - Concrete repair and installation of bed lining; - Parapet repair; - Repair of Structural Steel; - Painting of Structural Steel in situ; - Water management; - Vegetation Clearance; - Carriageway paving; - Footway and rubbing strip construction; - Drainage; - Associated Traffic Management; The framework will last for 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
