Tender description
Blackpool Council has funded the Blackpool Time to Change Hub since 2017. Blackpool Council seeks a provider to coordinate the Blackpool Time to Change Hub. As a hub, we have tried to ensure that all campaign activity focuses on social contact and this will be core to the service going forward. This service will enable local Time to Change campaign activities to be supported by providing structure and coordination and support for Champions. The provider will be expected to administer the Blackpool Time to Change Facebook pages and to ensure they are regularly updated with appropriate content.
