Prior information notice: the commissioners of public works in Ireland intend to procure the services of a change management consultant to assist in a number of interdependent projects to consolidate the Dublin offices of the Department of Communications, Climate Action and the Environment into a single location in Dublin 4. Interested parties are requested to monitor https://www.etenders.gov.ie/ and/or the Official Journal of the European Union (ted.europa.eu) for the Contract Notice. This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition — a call for competition may be placed within the next 12 months. The commissioners of Public Works in Ireland does not require a response to this Prior Information Notice (PIN).
