Tender description

Provision of expertise regarding the relocation of turf cutters to non-designated raised bogs or zones within special areas of conservation to which derogations under Article 6 of the Habitats Directive 1992 may be applied in the context of: (i) suitability assessment of relocation site; (ii) design and plan of site; (iii) input into planning application and any other consent documentation as required; (iv) land ownership and land purchase matters, which are related tasks. Also land ownership and land purchase matters regarding conservation measures under the National Raised SAC Bog Management Plan 2017 — 2022.
