Tender description

Trust Housing Association Ltd (the Employer) aims to establish a consultancy Framework Agreement which will provide the consultant services it requires to deliver a programme of development and planned maintenance projects. The term of the Framework Agreement will be 4 years from circa September 2019 to August 2023. Trust Housing Association Ltd (the Employer) wishes to appoint 5 architectural practices to a Framework Agreement to provide the services it requires to deliver a programme of remodelling and new build projects.
