Tender description

1) This tender is for the procurement of a contractor or contractor to carry out the highway weed control service in the County of Gwynedd for Gwynedd Council Highways and Municipal Department; 2) Gwynedd Council's has split the Weed Control Procurement into 3 geographical contract areas namely; (a) Arfon; (b) Dwyfor; (c) Meirionnydd. 3) The proposed service will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the NEC4 term service short contract. The client reserves the right not to proceed with any proposals made in response to this invitation; 4)The initial service period for the contract is 24 months from the start date, the client reserve the right to extent the contract for further 24 months in 12 months periods.
