Tender description

RTÉ invites submissions, from suitably qualified Tenderers to supply a solution to caption video for online and other functions. The successful Tenderer will be responsible for implementing a solution that will allow this content to be captioned using standard templates and fonts that will be provided by our existing VizRT infrastructure.
