Tender description

Support and maintenance for the existing Capita Integrated Communications Control System (ICCS) at the Police Scotland West and North Area Control Rooms from 1.4.2019 to 31.3. 2021. Support and maintenance for the existing Frequentis Integrated Communications Control System (ICCS) at the Police Scotland East Area Control Rooms. A new National ICCS has been procured for Police Scotland under a separate procurement (OJEU Ref 2018/S 104-237570). Support and maintenance for the existing system requires to be extended until it has been replaced.
