1 - Demand Pools analysis. A series of two modules of analysis which provide long-term forecasts of the size and shape of demand for the University to a high resolution. Includes a feedback presentation of findings, a full report of demand pools and analysis assets (plots and data) for future use by the university. 2 - Market Share analysis. A series of two modules of analysis which provide performance of market share within demand pools for the university, including competitor analysis and future forecasts based on performance forecasts. Includes a feedback presentation of findings, a full report of demand pools and analysis assets (plots and data) for future use by the university.
