Subscriptions to online journals, databases and indexing services for IReL members. Maynooth University is seeking access to science online. Science is the world’s leading journal of original scientific research, global news, and commentary. The science family of journals which includes science translational medicine, science signaling, science immunology, science robotics and the open access journal science advances. The ACM Digital Library (DL) is the most comprehensive collection of full-text articles and bibliographic records in existence today covering the fields of computing and information technology. It currently provides IReL with access to over 1,000 journals. Cambridge Journals Online offers access to a multidisciplinary collection of 390 leading journals, including over 200 published on behalf of learned and professional societies. Academic Search Complete - Designed for academic institutions, this database is a leading resource for scholarly research. It supports high-level research in the key areas of academic study by providing journals, periodicals, reports, books and more. Business Source Complete - With premium full-text content and peer-reviewed business journals. It covers all disciplines of business, including marketing, management, accounting, banking, finance and more. OmniFile Mega covers several core subjects, including art, education, humanities, law, social sciences and technology. It provides topical coverage on ethnic studies, women's studies and history. Giving IReL access to over 3,000 journals. Emerald Management 175 combines the Emerald Fulltext database with Emerald Management Reviews through an integrated search and navigation system. Emerald Engineering eJournal Collection which gives online access to the full text of all 23 journals within Emerald's engineering, materials science and technology portfolio. The IEEE/IET Electronic Library contains one-third of the world’s current literature in electrical engineering, communications, and computer science. Providing IReL with access to almost 500 journals. JSTOR offers multidisciplinary and discipline-specific collections. IReL currently subscribes to the Ireland Collection, Arts and Sciences I to VII, and the Life Sciences Collection. LWW: an online portal to clinical and educational Content, including rich multimedia ancillaries for teaching, learning, and practice. Core texts from Lippincott Williams & Wilkins: a one-stop, digital portal for authoritative content paired with excellent functionality. The Oxford Journals Online Collection consists of online journals from arts, social science, scientific, technical, medical, professional and humanities disciplines - provides IReL with access to 213 journals. FEMS is leading the way in promoting excellence and diversity in science, and in channeling high quality knowledge to solving today’s societal problems around microbiology. Project MUSE is a trusted provider of authoritative humanities and social science books and journals from more than 200 of the world’s most distinguished university presses and scholarly societies. Currently provides IReL with access to 676 journals. ProQuest provides a range of full-text and index resources across social science disciplines. The Social Science Premium Collection provides abstracts, indexing, and full-text coverage of journal articles, books, dissertations, and more, including over 2,400 full-text titles. Literature Online is the leading online resource for the study and teaching of literature in English. It is a fully integrated service that combines the texts of over 355,000 literary works with a vast library of key criticism and reference resources. ProQuest Dissertations is the most comprehensive collection of dissertations and theses in the world. Other tiles provided by ProQuest to IReL include: Irish Times Digital Archive: a fully searchable digital archive containing every page of The Irish Times published since the newspaper's foundation 1859-2010. Modern Language Association (MLA) International Bibliography: the leading annual bibliography of books and articles on modern languages and literatures, linguistics, folklore, and other related topics. The SAGE Premier Journals Collection contains leading international peer-reviewed journals in a wide range of subject areas, including business, humanities, social science, and science, technology and medicine. Providing IReL with access to almost 600 journals. Social Science and Humanities (SSH) Library online journal collection provides access to over 1,400 journals published by Taylor and Francis, Routledge, and Psychology Press. IReL subscribes to two financial and economic data resources from Thomson Reuters: Datastream is a global financial and macroeconomic data platform covering equities, stock market indices, currencies, company fundamentals, fixed income securities and key economic indicators for 175 countries and 60 markets. Eikon, which provides access to real time market data, news, fundamental data, analytics, trading and messaging tools. Wiley Blackwell is one of the largest and most authoritative collections of online journals, books, and research resources, covering life, health, social, and physical sciences. IReL currently has access to approximately 1,500 journals. The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) is a weekly general medical journal that publishes new medical research findings, review articles, case reports, and editorial opinion on topics of importance to biomedical science and clinical practice. Passport is a global market research database providing insight on industries, economies and consumers worldwide. GeoScienceWorld is a comprehensive resource of journals for researchers in the Earth Sciences. Providing IReL with access to 46 journals. The American Society for Microbiology (ASM) publishes microbial science articles providing current, influential coverage of basic and clinical microbial research. SME Journal collection publishes the highest quality peer-reviewed literature in their respective field. It includes the history of mechanical engineering research as well as the cutting-edge discoveries being made today. The BMJ is an international peer reviewed medical journal. It publishs original research articles, review and educational articles, news, letters, investigative journalism, and articles commenting on the clinical, scientific, social, political, and economic factors affecting health that help doctors make better clinical, research and public health decisions. Optics InfoBase is the OSA's online library for flagship journals, partnered and co-published journals, and recent proceedings from OSA conferences. Provides IReL with access to 17 journals.
