Tender description

The NWUPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of the members of NWUPC, CPC, APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, SUPC and NEUPC for gas equipment maintenance and repairs. Members referred to in the OJEU Notice may also participate in the Framework Agreement. This Framework Agreement will commence on 1.8.2019 for an initial period of 24 months until 31.7.2021 with the option to extend the Agreement for 12 months until 31.7.2022 and a further 12 months until 31.7.2023 subject to satisfactory economic operator performance. The Framework Agreement will be split into 26 lots covering 13 regions for domestic and non-domestic equipment up to 500 kw rated input and 13 regions for non-domestic equipment greater than 500 kw rated input. Lot 1 includes, but is not limited to, the following scope: domestic and non-domestic fired equipment maximum rated input of 500 kW. This may include domestic fired heating equipment such as Gas fired boilers, gas fired water heaters, gas fired domestic gas cooking appliances installed within individual dwellings, within communal plant rooms serving residencies or academic buildings or domestic science laboratories. This may also include non-domestic gas fired boilers, gas fired indirect and direct fired forced convection air heaters, gas fired radiant heaters installed within individual dwellings, communal plant rooms serving residencies or academic building, non domestic buildings and sports facilities.
