Tender description

The Norwegian Defence Building Agency invites tenderers to submit tenders for a Framework Agreement regarding recruitment for general vacancies. “General vacancies” are in this context defined as all positions that the Norwegian Defence Building Agency at all time requires, except for managing directorships and other special positions that are not included in this contract. The Framework Agreement is nationwide and includes i.a. assistance in advertising, screening and selecting candidates, testing, interviews, checking references, preparing recommendation letters, dialogues with candidates and other associated services.
