Provision of Cleaning services to Civil Nuclear Constabulary site at Summergrove Hall

Tender description

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary wish to procure cleaning services at its Summergrove Halls site. This is a suite of offices and meeting rooms with a small kitchen and associated toilet / shower facilities. The requirement is to provide daily ((Mon -Fri) cleaning services including provision of all cleaning consumables, cleaning equipment and provide 2 female hygiene units to be collected and replaced on a monthly basis. The hours of work are Mon - Fri 0900-1130 no provision is required on Bank Holidays additionally no provision is required during the Christmas/ new year shut down typically 23rd December - 2nd January. Floor types are primarily contract style commercial flooring in all office and common walkways. Kitchen and contract area is contract vinyl, Disabled toilet / shower area is fitted with non slip contract tiling. Staffing, all staff must be uniformed and identifiable as an employee of the supplier, due to the nature of CNCs work it is preferable for all staff to hold DBS / Disclosure Scotland clearance. Preference may be given to suppliers providing staff that hold a national Police clearance certificate. Where the supplier is unable to provide regular staff due to sickness / holidays etc this must be communicated to CNC in advance, alternative suitable provision must be provided to ensure continuity of service.
