The scheme is known as: Pavement Overlay Schemes 2019 for North Clare The Employer is: Clare County Council The project has multiple locations throughout county Clare identified on the contract drawings. The project involves the laying of bituminous materials, planning, lining and installation of reflective studs. The scope of works for the Pavement Overlay scheme is as follows: • Excavation and disposal of unsuitable material • Milling of existing pavement • Laying of new pavement • New road markings and studs • Accommodation Works The full scope of the works and the obligations of the Contractor are to be ascertained by reference to the Works Requirements and the Contract Documents as a whole.
