Who Speclialist Work With You will be leading the Systems Integration team within the National Law Enforcement Data Programme. You will work to Programme Director and work closely with Home Office Digital Data and Technology What Specialists Work On Full Programme/Delivery Management responsibility for External Systems Integration Plan, including Responsibility for Integration Gateway, SRG (Standard Interface (STIF) Replacement Gateway Upgrade and DVLA Images at the Roadside Pilot projects, Determine the existing and any new supplier External Systems Integration Approach/Plan, including Stakeholder management for external systems – DVLA, MoJ, DBS etc Own the relationship of the existing integration team from a programme management perspective, Vendor Management of existing suppliers with potential for this to expand to new suppliers, Financial management for the ESI business case including management of budgets, forecasts and costed risk, Benefits strategy of External System Integration. Where the Work Takes Place London (Westminster and Croydon) Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Outside of formal meetings home working is permitted although daily attendance in either London or Croydon is expected. This role requires travel across the UK. This is to maintain close contact with the suppliers and system owners and other key Home Office and Policing in their environments. Work Location London (Westminster and Croydon) Security Clearance Security Check Additional T&Cs T&S will not be payable for travel to sites within the M25. Travel outside of the M25 will be subject to HO T&S policy. Skills & Experience Stakeholder Engagement- Strong communications, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills; able to ensure that advice is acted upon in multi stakeholder environments. Project Management - development and implementation of business processes to meet defined business needs; acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality. Risk, issue and dependency management of complex projects within large programmes Ability to persuade and influence at a senior level (Government Director or Police Chief).
