Tender description

Shannondoc proposes to establish a single party Framework Agreement for the supply on lease hire with maintenance of 4-wheel drive commercial SUV vehicles. The following vehicles are required to be delivered no later than 30.7.2018. Without prejudice, the annual kilometres per vehicle are not expected to exceed 40 000 kilometres per year. Full maintenance shall be included. All-weather tyres must be supplied and must be replaced free of charge when worn to the 1,6 mm limit, regardless of the tyres mileage, age, reason or cause of the Tyre wear. Tyres must be EU compliant and meet vehicle manufacture specifications. This cost must be built into your lease hire with maintenance cost as stated in the form of tender. The vehicle supplied to Shannondoc shall be kept fully taxed and tested by the tenderer at no extra expense to Shannondoc. The tenderer shall be liable for any increases in costs of motor tax and the vehicle roadworthiness testing during the period of the lease.
