Mobile Outdoor LED Screens and Edit Suites Framework

Tender description

Sunderland Council is seeking to establish a framework for the hire of Mobile Outdoor LED Screens and Edit Suites to be located at Event Sites. This will be a sole supplier framework. When it becomes necessary to call off from the framework the council will: Request a quote from the successful contractor in relation to event specific requirements. The successful contractor shall charge/apply the rates quoted in the pricing schedule and where applicable, will provide costs for additional equipment/support not quoted for in the pricing schedule. Please note the items quoted for within the pricing schedule will be the first call off from this framework. There will be no obligation for the Council to place any Order or Orders under this Framework Agreement during its Term. Keywords: Mobile, LED, Screen
