Tender description
Horizon Scotland is a property owned by HIE and located at the Enterprise Park Forres in Moray. It operates as an innovation and incubation centre. HIE requires a supplier to provide management services for Horizon Scotland to support the activities of the various tenants and visitors within the building. The services will be required from 26.8.2019 for an initial period of 3 years, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the initial term. The estimated initial 3-year budget currently available to deliver this service is between 190 000 GBP and 215 000 GBP (excluding VAT). HIE requires a supplier to provide management services for Horizon Scotland to support the activities of the various tenants and visitors within the building.
