Tender description

Cheshire East Council are currently considering the future commissioning of a mental health floating support service. This service would support individuals over the age of 18 with mental health support needs and would include: - supporting people in their own home after a period of support in an accommodation based project or hospital or crisis bed. - supporting those who are at risk of losing their own home to maintain their tenancy or prevent homelessness. - supporting individuals to develop their ability to live independently in their own community. Completion of this questionnaire is intended to enable us to hear from providers that would be interested in participating in potential future procurement activities and will assist us in gauging the likely interest.
