Tender description

Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a framework for Lighting Features to support Sunderland Illuminations and Festival of Light events. Under the framework the Council has a requirement for experienced contractor(s) for the concept design and provision of lighting features for these two annual events. The framework will be divided into two Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Sunderland Illuminations and Lot 2 - Festival of Light.
