Tender description

The LDA requires legal advisory services in relation to start up activities and other ongoing activities envisaged to form part of the LDA mandate. As well as advice in relation the legal issues associated with the general set up of a new stage agency, the legal advisor will be required to provide advice on a wide-ranging number of topics, including but not limited to: — corporate, commercial and contract law, — European law, — property law, — construction law, — employment and information law.
