Tender description

The Children and Families Act 2014 places a statutory duty upon all Local Authorities to engage with an identified Parent Carer Forum when developing policy and practice for children and young people with SEND. There is an expectation that these developments will be undertaken through an approach of co-production, and with a child and family focus. Expected activities will include parent carer representation at key groups and activities, and the facilitation of consultation events when required. Quotations have been invited to deliver the service.
