Tender description
The Greater Nottingham Clinical Commissioning Partnership (hereafter the Commissioner) is seeking to commission a community fracture liaison service and postural stability exercise programmes for patients across Nottingham. The commissioner has a budget of 430 000 GBP per annum (approximately 41 000 GBP per annum relating to postural stability exercise programmes). The contract value for the contract is 1 290 000 GBP over the initial 3 years from 1.4.2020. At the end of the initial contract term the commissioner will have an extension option for any number of periods up to a maximum of a further 12 months available which will be awarded at its discretion, giving a maximum possible contract value of 1 720 000 GBP exclusive of VAT over 4 years if the full contract term is fulfilled. This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the commissioner. Following the completion of a pilot programme, the Greater Nottingham Clinical Commissioning Partnership (NHS Nottingham City CCG, NHS Nottingham North and East CCG, NHS Nottingham West CCG and NHS Rushcliffe CCG) is seeking to commission a community fracture liaison service and postural stability exercise programmes for patients across Nottingham to provide efficient and effective support for patients who sustain fragility fractures and to encourage self-management. The commissioner has a budget of 430 000 GBP per annum (approximately 41 000 GBP per annum relating to postural stability exercise programmes). The contract value for the contract is 1 290 000 GBP over the initial 3 years from 1.4.2020.
