Tender description

Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council wishes to procure a services provider in respect of the supply, installation, operation and maintenance of a gymnasium facility at Lough Moss Leisure Centre, Hillsborough Road, Carryduff, BT8 8HR. The Council requires the provision of gymnasium equipment, as well as appropriate services required to operate the gymnasium on a daily basis to include classes and other programmes. The Council will grant the service provider a licence to operate the gymnasium.The Council intends to procure this via the competitive dialogue procedure should be deleted and the following words should be inserted in their place: the services required pursuant to this procurement process are to take forward the service provision, by ensuring continuity of the existing services, covered in broad terms by the existing contract, whilst altering the services over the lifetime of the new contract term.
