Tender description

The key requirements are to: a)provide web-based access to all UK wide legislation (primary and secondary) as made by the Westminster Parliament, both historical and currently in force b)provide access to both the legislation (Act/Statutory Instrument (SI)) as made and the consolidated version so that we can check the extant legislative provision c)allow the above to be searched by full reference to the Act/SI title, the year and key words d)print and download the returned information either by legislation (Act/SI) original or consolidated version, and in full or by section e)promptly reflect updated/new legislation While access to legislation that applies specifically to Scotland or Wales would be useful, it is not essential. We need licensing arrangements that allow up to and possibly more than 25 users to have simultaneous access and which allow allocation to new staff as they change.
