Tender description

Watford Community Housing sought expressions of interest for the provision of grounds maintenance and communal cleaning and window cleaning services and void cleans over 2 lots. Lot 1 Procurement of a 10-year contract with break clauses as set out in the contract for the provision of grounds maintenance, tree maintenance and playground inspection and maintenance services. This will be delivered via the JCT Measured Term Contract. Estimated annual value excluding Vat 525 000 GBP. 5 suppliers were invited to tender per lot following short listing at SQ stage. WCH reserved the right to increase the number of shortlisted bidders where the scores were close at shortlisting. Lot 2 Procurement of a 10-year contract with break clauses as set out in the contract for the provision of communal cleaning, voids cleans and window cleaning to all WCH stock owned or managed. This will be delivered via the JCT Measured Term. Estimated annual value excluding Vat 415 000 GBP.
