External Valuation of Waste Incinerator

Tender description

We are looking to seek a quotation for the full valuation this year and an annual desktop valuation for the following four years after this. An IFRS compliant valuation is required for the inclusion in the Council’s statement of accounts as at 31 March 2019, by a professional RICS registered valuer. As part of the Council’s five year rolling programme a valuation is required of the land, buildings, plant and machinery Veolia assets at: • The Energy Recovery Facility, Bernard Road, Sheffield; • The Vehicle Workshop, Lumley Street, Sheffield; • Part Lorry Park and Office Building South of Lumley Street, Sheffield and • The District Network Heating System. The valuation will be prepared on the basis of Fair Value to comply with the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) IFRS 13: Fair Value Measurement, RICS VPS4 1.5.1(a) and IVS300 Valuations for Financial Reporting.
