Employee relocation services

Tender description

The provision of employee relocation services for eligible employees transferred by all of the establishments of the Ministry of Defence and any other UK government departments or Contracting Authority. This will include but not be limited to Central Government Departments — Schedule 2 Annex O details other potential customers. The employee relocation service shall have a Guaranteed Sales Price (GSP) service, and provide legal, survey, estate agency, valuations, removal, property maintenance services, insurance for the old property and partner career assistance. The provision will also cover tenancy introductory/management services, expense management, and support to group moves. An introductory relocation service enabling employees who are not participating in the full GSP service will be required which includes access to the contractor panel suppliers, providing legal, survey, removals and partners career assistance. This shall be primarily UK based with limited overseas relocation. Employee relocation services. This will include but not be limited to Central Government Departments, Executive Agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs) — Schedule 2 Annex O details other potential customers. For the avoidance of doubt all other organisations listed in Schedule 1 to the Public Contract Regulations 2015 shall be entitled to access to this contract. The employee relocation service shall have a Guaranteed Sales Price (GSP) service, and provide legal, survey, estate agency, valuations, removal, property maintenance services, insurance for the old property and partner career assistance. The provision will also cover tenancy introductory/management services, expense management, and support to group moves. An introductory relocation service enabling employees who are not participating in the full GSP service will be required which includes access to the contractor panel suppliers, providing legal, survey, removals and partners career assistance. The service is to be provided for staff moving within the UK (and in some cases, limited employee relocation or tenancy management services overseas). The total estimated value of this requirement is 18 782 500,00 GBP: this reflects a combined value of 11 182 500,00 GBP of estimated MoD expenditure and 7 600 000,00 GBP of estimated other customers expenditure.
