Content Management System, Customer Relationship Management System and Electronic Forms Solution for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) will potentially in the coming months be tendering fora new content management system, customer relationship management system and electronic forms solution. The Authority is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to request expressions of interest from suppliers who can provide any or all of the above mentioned products and/or services and do so currently to other public bodies (preferably Local Authorities). Organisations who can and are interested in supplying any of these products and/or services to RBWM are invited to email procurement@rbwm.gov.uk expressing their organisation's interest. Expressions of interest are required by 13:00 on Wednesday 15.5.2019. In response to your expression of interest RBWM will send your organisation an overview of its current product environment, what its initial high level requirements and thoughts are, and key statistics to inform potential suppliers of the possible future requirements of RBWM. RBWM will also send your organisation a short questionnaire to complete and return to procurement@rbwm.gov.uk RBWM may also invite your organisation to meet with us in order for RBWM to better understand the market and make informed decisions before any potential tender is issued. By issuing this PIN RBWM is making no commitment to invite your organisation to enter into dialogue with RBWM or to issue a subsequent tender. Any subsequent tender will be issued based on the requirements of RBWM and will be in compliance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
