Tender description
Fauske municipality shall implement an invitation to an open tender contest for the hire of a project manager, a builder's representative and a safety, health and work environment coordinator for the construction of a first-response service building for all rescue service departments in the municipality. Fauske municipality shall implement an invitation to an open tender contest for the hire of a project manager, a builder's representative and a safety, health and work environment coordinator for the construction of a first-response service building for all rescue service departments in the municipality. The project first response building shall be implemented as a turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407. The Contracting Authority aims at publishing the tender notice in February 2019, and contract award in May/June 2019. The first response building has a gross area of approx. 3 800 m2. The Contracting Authority aims at initiating the works during summer 2019 and concluding the works by the end of 2021/spring 2022.
