Tender description

Civil/Structural Engineer Led Urban Design Team, to provide full design team services and related services for all design, project management, procurement, contractor appointments, contract management, final certification and all ancillary requirements for the proposed South Dublin Street and Backlands Regeneration Project in Monaghan Town. The appointed consultants shall be responsible for performing the roles of assigned certifier, designer and PSDP throughout all stages of the project and for performing the role of Employers Representative (ER) during the construction contract. This is a multi-disciplinary project and as such the urban design team consultancy services required will involve a range of disciplines and expertise during the life cycle of the project. Tenderers shall refer to the Project Brief Document and other relevant tender documents for a full detailed description of the project and all associated service requirements.
