CETE048 Annual Engineers Inspection (AEI) Survey 2019

Tender description

The Annual Engineer's Inspection (AEI) survey is the County Council's preferred choice of visual survey of carriageways and footways providing essential data on highway condition to maximise the effectiveness of the Highway Maintenance programmes of work, it identifies maintenance need to inform future programmes, life cycle planning, backlog calculation and asset valuation. The contract period is for 11 Months from 1st May 2019 to 31st March 2020. Onsite survey work being carried out between 1st May 2019 to 31st July 2019 with a deadline for the provision of the completed and processed survey by 23rd August 2019 to enable appropriate lead-in times to allow production of the forward works programmes and associated approvals. The Technical Engineering support will be available as necessary until the end of the Contract period.
