Building Positive Relations – Civic Leadership Programme – OCN Accredited Civic Leadership Programme for Women: Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area under the Building Positive Relations Programme within PEACE IV Local Action Plan Competent Suppliers are hereby invited to tender to develop, deliver and manage an OCN accredited civic leadership programme for women. The programme will aim to raise the profile of female voices, equipping women with knowledge and skills to enable them to take an active role in civic, community and political life. The project is supported by the European Union's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
