East Northamptonshire Council require a suitably skilled, experienced and reliable operator to promote and manage its purpose built Enterprise Centre aimed at accommodating start ups and small business from across the area. The Enterprise Centre is due to be built at Wrath Park, Raunds, Northamptonshire by April/May 2019. The successful operator will have the use of a purpose built marketing suite several weeks prior to completion from which to promote and manage the service prior to taking on the management and operation of the new Centre. The appointed provider will also have a role in providing, accessing and sign posting tenants of the Enterprise Centre to relevant business support services. East Northamptonshire Council are seeking an operator to promote and manage its new Enterprise Centre East Northants. This is due to be built by April/May 2020 to form a key part of the Council's economic development of the region and in particular to support start up and small businesses. The operator will commence work some weeks before the Enterprise Centre is completed with the aim of maximising occupancy ahead of the official launch of the Centre. A purpose built marketing suite will be provided on the site of the development for the operator to work from prior to their taking over the management and operation of the completed centre. The operator will be responsible for promoting, letting and managing tenancies, maintaining the fabric of the building and in conjunction with partners for supporting and developing new businesses to enable their growth and eventual move-on from the centre.
