Tender description

The overall aim of this service is to ensure that unpaid carers in Leicestershire are identified and supported to enable them to continue to care effectively. It will work to promote early intervention and prevention solutions to carers in order for them toso that they feel recognised, valued and supported thus helping carers sustain their independence and increase their confidence in order to continue to care.
