Tender description

This contract is for the provision of a domestic cleaning service within Durham’s Extra Care Schemes. The Council is seeking to engage a single provider who will deliver a domestic cleaning provision in Durham’s Extra Care Schemes. 1) Provision of 1 hour of domestic cleaning service per week (tasks as detailed in the specification) to protected service users in the 6 Extra Care Schemes within County Durham; 2) Provision of domestic cleaning service for new service users moving into extra care based on assessed need; 3) Provision to add other domestic cleaning requirements (based on assessed need) to this contract.
