TC001 Event Supplies and Services Dynamic Purchasing System

Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders to be included on the Dynamic Purchasing System for Event Supplies and Services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. A Dynamic Purchasing System is, in effect, an open framework agreement to which new providers can apply to be appointed to during its life. During this period new providers will be able to gain entry onto the Dynamic Purchasing System. During this period, the Dynamic Purchasing System will re-open intermittently, during which periods new providers will be able to gain entry onto the Dynamic Purchasing System. It is envisaged that the Dynamic Purchasing System will be re-opened as and when there is a requirement for further provision. The required Events Supplies and Services Framework Agreement has been divided into the following 10 Lots: Lot 1 – Event Security and Stewarding Lot 2 – First Aid Lot 3 – Large Temporary Structures/Marquees Lot 4 – Small Temporary Structures/Marquees Lot 5 – Staging and Risers Lot 6 – Sound and PA Lot 7 – Lighting and Projections Lot 8 – Barriers, Fencing and Trackway Lot 9 – Generators and Distribution Lot 10 – Toilets, Sanitary and Plumbing This procurement exercise is being run as an Open Invitation to Tender and the Authority will award places on the Framework Agreement to successful Tenderers that meet the criteria as stated in the Invitation to Tender. A Provider may be awarded more than one Lot. Site Visits There will be a window for Site Visits to take place, which will be between Tuesday 7th and 21st May 2019, by appointment only between the hours of 10am-4pm.
