Tender description
The purpose of this Soft Market Test is to gather knowledge of providers in the market which will help inform any subsequent procurement exercise that may be carried out. The Soft Market Test is not a formal procurement process and is being used to assist in shaping the requirements to ensure the solution best meets the needs of the Council. The Soft Market Test process does not commit the Council to any design, platform, application, feature, function or technological solution of any of the providers who choose to participate in the process. Sefton Council seek to invite Organisations to express an interest in providing a supported lodgings service or a competitive alternative for 16/17 year olds across the Borough.
