Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a suitable Supplier to provide a fully supported cloud based box office ticketing system that is suitable for theatre and event operations. The Supplier will also be required to host the box office ticketing solution via a cloud based server and also provide support and maintenance as required for the contract duration. The box office ticketing system must be user friendly with minimal down time to avoid lost sales or service provision issues and assist with improving the box office ticketing system function for the theatres, satellite box offices, ticketing agent agencies and members of the public.
