Liverpool City Council has an exciting new childcare opportunity and are inviting high quality childcare providers to express an interest in leasing vacant space within the former Parklands Children and Family centre building, Conleach Road, Speke post L24 OTE. The space will be leased to an agency/organisation/individual in order to provide high quality provision for 0-5 year old children and has space to deliver 58 childcare places. The respondent must already be or must be capable of being registered with OFSTED. Expressions of Interest are sought from interested parties willing to lease the space from the Council for the permitted purposes; a full offer replying to the documents available from ProContract should be submitted by 13:00 on 29th May. This opportunity is advertised under Schedule 3 of the CCR2016. We intend to award a contract through this PIN.
