Tender description
Newport City Council invites tenders on behalf of local authorities in South, Mid and West Wales for the provision of drug, alcohol and DNA testing services via a Framework Agreement. There are 2 lots: Lot 1: Drug and Alcohol Testing Services; Lot 2: DNA Testing Services. Providers can bid for one lot or both lots. This framework will be also open to local authorities in North Wales to use if they wish to do so.
