The scope of this contract is for an electrical maintenance contractor for Salix Homes that can undertake the following works and services within the Company's housing stock and other properties including its offices and commercial properties: 1. Testing, repair and maintenance of car park and security lighting 5. Test, assessment and repair of street lighting (on Salix Homes adopted highways) 6. General day to day electrical work
