The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) for the proposed remedial works at 37 The Larches, Hilligndon, UB10 0BY The works which are the subject of this Pricing Schedule comprise, generally of the following:- • Localised rebuilding of cavity brickwork and blockwork • Localised structural repair of brickwork and blockwork using "Helifix" or similar • Replacement of aluminium window • Disconnection and re-connection of services as required • Associated works • Lining of existing foul drainage system together with associated repairs to inspection chambers Prospective contractors should carry out their own site visit before quoting.
