Tender description
Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor who has experience in installing new pitched roofs, re-rendering/re-pointing works, canopy renewals, replacement/cleaning of fascias and soffits, barge boards and rainwater goods. These works will be carried out to 135 properties in Gilfach Goch and 41 properties in Church Village. Sites will be located in various properties throughout Trivallis ownership of stock.
