Tender description
A Framework Agreement (the Agreement) for flexible procurement and supply of: — Lot 1: Primarily Half Hourly (HH) Metered and Unmetered Electricity with Additional Services, — Lot 2: Primarily Non-Half Hourly (NHH) Metered and Unmetered Electricity with Additional Services; — Lot 3: Gas Daily Metered and Non-Daily Metered including Product Class 1, 2, 3 and 4 with Additional Services. The Framework Agreement will be open for use by all other public sector bodies who are current or future members of the London Energy Project (LEP). Primarily Half Hourly (HH) Metered and Unmetered Electricity with Additional Services: Whilst this is primarily for half hourly supplies, some customers may choose to include their profile 01-04 meters where there is an administrative benefit in having a single supplier. Examples could include: — an NHS Hospital with two half hourly meter and a few non-half hourly meters, — a school with a half hourly meter, meters that were previously profile 05-08 and a smaller non-half hourly meter (a caretaker site). Primarily Non-Half Hourly (NHH) Metered and Unmetered Electricity with Additional Services: Whilst this is primarily for profile class 01-04 supplies, some customers may choose to include their half hourly meters where there is an administrative benefit in having a single supplier. Examples could include: — a social housing customer with a large portfolio of low consuming non-half hourly meters for staircase lighting and half hourly metering to their head office and shared commercial space, — a school with several higher consuming non-half hourly meters, a smaller (caretaker site) and a half hourly meter. Gas daily metered and non-daily metered supplies including product class 1, 2, 3 and 4 with additional services.
