Tender description
Irish Aid is seeking support from consultants to work with the PGII and HPP teams to jointly monitor their programmes. The main aim of the monitoring visits is to assess progress towards agreed outcomes as specified in each organisation’s application and Results Framework. There will also be a wider analysis of governance and oversight, financial management, human resource management, and safeguarding procedures of the organisation.
