Norfolk County Council's public sector shared legal service, nplaw, is seeking to replace its current case management system to a system more suited to its expanding casework and types of work. Nplaw is seeking to replace its current case management system. nplaw currently works in public sector law but is expanding its client base, diversifying the markets in which it seeks to operate and may in the future transfer the business to an alternative business structure (ABS) and requires a case management system that can handle both of these work streams, and as such the system chosen will need to be able to record time worked on cases and produce billing reports. The council and nplaw are interested in meeting with potential suppliers to find out what products are available in the market, test our draft specification and find out what if anything may prevent suppliers from bidding. Meetings will be available on 7th, 8th and 9th of May 2019. In order to request a meeting please register on the council's Procurement system at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc.
